Carolina Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is a local and privately owned physical therapy practice. We have three convenient locations in Columbia and Lexington.

We offer extended hours from 7:00AM to 6:30PM Monday thru Friday and 8:00AM to 1:00PM on Saturday. Our extended hours are designed so that you can receive physical therapy services while missing little to no time from work or school.

Our clinics feature state of the art equipment and our professional staff members are the most experienced in the region. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of care in a professional and caring environment.
